Out of my comfort zone.
What a day I had on Tuesday at our local primary school.
I was invited to lead five classes for part of their SpArts week.
I decided to go with the theme of Movement and the marks we make and what better way than to do that with paint.
We used sorts of things as Mark Makinv tools. Bubble wrap, pegs, balls, punchinello, bottle lids, cardboard fingers, hands, feet, bodies and even straws. I obviously can’t share photos of the children working but we drew around some of them andon these large sheets of paper. after they’d all played and had a marvellous time covering the paper and themselves I cut all the shapes out then put them up at school.
